At the beginning of the new year, Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd. opened full horsepower to carry out equipment renovation and transformation, improve the production efficiency and product quality of bearing products in an all-round way. Recently, two leading 800 ton hot die forging production lines purchased by the company are being installed and commissioned in the forging section and put into trial operation, which will provide new vitality for the efficient production of Tianma bearings.
The newly installed two hot-die forging production lines, from blanking to finished products, adopt full-range intelligent servo and monitoring, will reach an annual output of 5 million. High performance hot die forging production line can not only greatly improve the production efficiency, improve the working environment, reduce the labor intensity of workers, but also further enhance the internal quality of steel balls and rings, thereby improving the quality of bearing products.
